Cancellations & Returns

Purchasing Lifeproof Carpet through Myflooring.com is easy! We want to ensure every customer is 100% happy with their purchase and have an easy cancellation and refund process.

First, you'll receive a sample of the carpet you selected via FedEx with tracking information. Most samples arrive 2–5 days after you place your order.

If you don't like your carpet for any reason, you may cancel your order for a 100% refund, with no hassle or fees.

Please cancel your order by text, email, or phone within 48 business hours of receiving the sample.

Refunds will be issued on the original credit card used. For your security, we'll request your credit card information again because we don't keep your data on file.

Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process (up to 21 business days for debit cards), depending on your banking institution or credit card issuer.
