Yes, no problem. Each room will need to be ordered separately online, or you can work with one of our Design Consultants to help place the order for you. Even though each room is technically a separate order, they will be installed together.
We take our selection seriously, using consumer data and trends to curate the top styles and colors in only the highest quality products. We stand behind every product we offer and feel confident our selection includes the best of the best.
Don’t worry, we’ll confirm everything before we get to your home, and if anything in your measurements is off, our Worry-Free Measurement Guarantee means we’ll take care of it (up to 25 square feet). You can watch this video for extra measuring help.
Part of what makes our flooring a huge value to customers is our expert installation. We are so confident in not only our product but also our installation service that we offer a lifetime warranty on both. Installation is included with your pricing.
Installation date options are shown at time of order – typically in as few as 2-3 weeks.
If you need an installation date sooner than the options provided on our site, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to meet your needs. There is nothing more important than serving our customers!
Most installations use a 2-person crew, but this may vary depending on job size and the amount of furniture to be moved.
YES. Not only do we employ the most skilled installers, we make sure they are trust-worthy. You and your loved one’s safety and security is our top priority.
Every purchase includes removal of old carpet and pad, with as much of the waste recycled as possible.
Yes, as needed to complete the installation to all manufacturer standards. For carpet, we remove the old carpet and pad or the floating floor. For LVP, the removal of old carpet and pad or old floating wood floors is included. LVP is laid over tile/stone floors.
We absolutely move furniture. There are a few exceptions to avoid damages to items our flooring installers are not qualified to move: Grandfather clocks, pianos, electric beds, waterbeds, aquariums, antiques, electronics, large exercise equipment/free weights, items with glass shelves or mirrors, or items exceeding a weight that 2 adults can reasonably carry.
For your family’s safety, we can’t work in areas with mold, asbestos, or lead remediation.
We cannot remove or replace toilets, since a plumbing license is required to do so. We can’t perform structural repairs or trim doors as this is considered “carpentry” work, and, well, our guys are flooring experts.
If tackstrip is present and in good condition we use that, if not we will replace or install new at no additional charge.

Recommended cleaning and maintenance:
• Vacuum regularly with a Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval vacuum cleaner.
• Have your carpet professionally cleaned using hot water extraction every 12-18 months to remove soil and residues and prolong the life of your carpet.
• Always attend to accidents and spills immediately by blotting the spill with a damp, white absorbent towel.
• Do not apply heat or hot water to a urine stain.
• Only use Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval spot cleaners.
For cleaning instructions on specific types of stains, view the instructions on our extended warranty here.
A regular broom or vacuum works best for daily clean-up of dust. For a deeper clean, use a tile mop with warm water and dish soap. You can add a little white vinegar for sparkle.
